Lecturer at this seminar is Lasse F. Petersen, consultant at Ingerfair.
Lasse is a 100 mtr. master in the practicalities of recruiting and managing volunteers, and he is the creator of DIT Skævinge and the Club Volunteer concept, for which he won the Minister of Culture's Sports Award in 2015. He is a practitioner to his fingertips and has been a volunteer leader in many different projectors since the age of 14. In addition, over the past four years he has given over 130 presentations in associations and organizations with recruitment and management as topics.
