Strategy process design and planning

In this to-go seminar, we will dive into the leadership task of driving strategy processes. We'll start with the tasks that are performed at the desk in design and planning. Among other things, we'll cover:
- Capacity building, development or transformation. How do you choose the right framework for your strategy?
- Data collection as a unique opportunity for volunteer involvement.
- Strategy process design and planning
This seminar is taught by CEO Frederik Boll from Ingerfair.
Frederik is the founder and general manager of Ingerfair and Forlaget Ingerfair. Frederik is often responsible for leading organizational development and teaching major training courses as well as giving presentations to management groups. Frederik is the most published author in the field of volunteer management both in Denmark and internationally.
The consulting firm Ingerfair specializes in volunteering and was founded in 2010. Ingerfair is built on the idea of recognizing that working with volunteers requires a special level of professionalism. Today, Ingerfair has developed a large professional universe around the coordination, involvement and management of volunteers.
