The last Friday in September is traditionally Volunteer Friday - Denmark's big national volunteering day.
Due to Covid-19, volunteers are celebrated in a different way compared to recent years. There will be no Volunteer Gala.

Volunteer Center Odense creates a digital campaign
Through clear messages, images and films, we want to tell all citizens in Odense Municipality about the great and important work that takes place around the voluntary social associations.
For this to happen, we need some help from you:
All organizations that want to join the campaign should send us at least one of the following:
- A movie of max 1 minute
- One or more images
- A text/message
There is a lot of freedom on how you want to do it. If you can focus on the theme "Sustainable Communities", that's just a big plus.
It can be something you already have, but of course you can also create some new material for the occasion.
What you send us will be posted on the Volunteer Center's Facebook and Instagram. This is a great opportunity for you if you want more visibility in your organization.
All associations that send us at least one of the three options above will be entered into a draw to win a prize that contributes to the community of the association.
Send your film, image(s) and/or text to forening@frivilligcenter-odense.dk no later than Thursday, September 24 at 10:00 am.
