1: Employee shows interest
The employee fills out a short form and indicates which association he/she is interested in.
2: FCO contacts employee
The volunteer center will contact the employee and inform them about the process and answer any practical questions
3: FCO informs the association
The volunteer center informs the association that an employee wants to become a volunteer.
4: The organization and the employee meet
The organization and the employee meet each other. The employee is introduced to the organization and the task.
5: Match established
If there is mutual chemistry and interest, the employee starts as a volunteer!
